Sales Manager
- Train/ Support/ and hold Sales Team accountable
- Exhibit and utilize effective communication and active listening skills among Sales Team, as well as interdepartmentally
- Develop and maintain relationships with own high-value customer base
- Follow and ensure the sales team follows organizational policies and regulations
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required.
- QuickBooks experience is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of Sales Management experience
- Strong attention to detail, planning, and organization. Must maintain impeccable records.
- Analytical, multi-tasking, and critical thinking skills required.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license is required.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
